John Allen takes his seminar training to the next level by coaching client teams in action. Blending theory and practice, John works directly with engineers and others to solve in-house technical problems.
With the Project-Based Training program, John combines the learning methods of teaching, demonstrating and practice with small in-house teams who learn how to use speed, order, discipline and simplicity in order to solve real product performance and plant manufacturing problems.
This method allows trainees to experience John's methods first hand on products and projects they work with every day. The result is a team with a powerful method for solving and preventing future problems.
Letters From Participants in John's Project-Based Training Program:
"John is an exceptional instructor. He has a style that immediately captures the class, and he conveys information via applied learning, passing on a lasting understanding. After several classes with John, we requested him exclusively for all future training. I view him as a competent, hard-working, dedicated engineer. He is one of a few select engineers who truly deserves to be called a professional problem-solver."

"You have a unique, but extremely effective way of teaching. I find that many instructors are more worried about the elegance of their presentations than the effectiveness of their teaching. They spend more time selling themselves than their ideas. You manage to sort through all the fancy footwork and get down to the basic principles. Please don't change."
